Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white melting chocolate or almond bark
  • Black and orange icing or candy decorations for eyes, buttons, and nose
  • Mini chocolate chips or edible candy eyes optional
  • Orange sprinkles or colored icing for carrot noses

Instructions

Make the Oreo Mixture:

  • Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor. Mix with softened cream cheese until fully blended and smooth.

Roll into Balls:

  • Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill for 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes.

Coat in White Chocolate:

  • Melt white chocolate according to package instructions. Dip each ball into melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess to drip off. Return to the sheet.

Decorate:

  • While the coating is still wet, add candy eyes, mini chocolate chips, or use icing to create snowman faces. Let the chocolate set completely.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: You can make and chill the Oreo balls a day in advance before dipping in chocolate.
  • Freezing Tip: Freeze the finished balls for up to 1 month; thaw before serving.
  • Creative Touch: Use mini scarves (fruit roll-ups) and hats (mini Reese’s) for extra cute snowman details.
  • Kid-Friendly: Great holiday activity for kids to decorate their own snowmen.
  • Storage: Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
