Ingredients
  

  • 10 large marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 whole graham crackers finely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips mini marshmallows, or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions
 

Make Marshmallow Mixture:

  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Add large marshmallows and microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Mix in crushed graham crackers until a dough forms.

Roll the Base:

  • Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it into a thin, flat rectangle (about ¼-inch thick). Let cool slightly.

Prepare the Chocolate Filling:

  • In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips with heavy cream and milk until melted and smooth (30–60 seconds). Stir well.

Spread and Roll:

  • Spread the chocolate filling evenly over the graham base. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows. Carefully roll into a log, using the parchment paper to help.

Chill and Slice:

  • Refrigerate the roll for at least 30 minutes. Slice into sushi-style rounds and serve.
