Instructions
Prepare the Meat Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, ghost pepper powder, Worcestershire sauce, and bourbon. Mix gently until combined.
Form the Bites:
Shape the mixture into 24 small patties, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Cook the Patties:
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Add Cheese:
Place shredded cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover to melt cheese.
