Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80% lean
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon ground ghost pepper powder adjust to heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 24 mini slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Pickles for serving (optional)
  • 24 small toothpicks

Instructions
 

Prepare the Meat Mixture:

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, ghost pepper powder, Worcestershire sauce, and bourbon. Mix gently until combined.

Form the Bites:

  • Shape the mixture into 24 small patties, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

Cook the Patties:

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Add Cheese:

  • Place shredded cheddar on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover to melt cheese.

Assemble the Bites:

  • Place each cheeseburger bite on a mini bun. Brush buns with melted butter and secure with toothpicks. Add pickles if desired.

Serve:

  • Serve warm as a smoky, spicy party snack with your favourite dipping sauce.
