Ingredients
  

For the Filling:

  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 oz smoked salmon finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Garnish (Optional):

  • extra smoked salmon for garnish
  • fresh dill sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Eggs:

  • Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.

Make Filling:

  • Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chopped smoked salmon until smooth.

Season Filling:

  • Stir in fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Fill Eggs:

  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg whites evenly.

Serve:

  • Garnish with extra smoked salmon and dill if desired. Serve chilled.
