Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, combine the milk, heavy cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it on low. Cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract just before serving.
  • Serve: Ladle the hot chocolate into mugs, then top with whipped cream and mini marshmallows. Optionally, garnish with shaved chocolate or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
