Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep Potatoes:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the potatoes. Slice them thinly, about ¼ inch thick, keeping the slices connected at the base.

Season:

  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, ensuring they’re evenly coated. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bake:

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden.

Add Cheese (Optional):

  • In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded cheese over the potatoes and let it melt.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
