Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Parmesan:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Italian-style
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Coat Chicken:

  • Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.

Cook Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Add Sauce & Cheese:

  • Pour marinara sauce over chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning.

Bake Chicken Parmesan:

  • Cover skillet and bake in preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.

Serve:

  • Serve hot with pasta, salad, or crusty bread.
