Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries finely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Strawberries: Blend or crush freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder. Set aside.
  • Beat the Butter: In a large bowl, beat butter until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Add Sugar and Strawberries: Gradually add powdered sugar and strawberry powder, mixing slowly at first, then increasing speed.
  • Add Vanilla and Cream: Mix in vanilla extract, cream, and salt. Beat for 2–3 minutes until fluffy and spreadable.
  • Adjust Consistency: Add more sugar for stiffness or more cream for a softer texture.
  • Serve or Store: Use immediately or refrigerate until needed.
