Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 large cucumber thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salad:

  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cucumber slices, red onion, and dill.

Make the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Toss and Serve:
