Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • Sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Garlic:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook Shrimp:

  • Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Cook Broccoli:

  • In the same skillet, add broccoli and a splash of water. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

Combine Sauce:

  • Return shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and heat through.

Serve:

  • Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
