This Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is a quick and easy one-pan summer dinner loaded with juicy shrimp, smoky sausage, corn, and potatoes tossed in buttery Old Bay seasoning. Perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 ears corn on the cob cut into halves or thirds

Seasoning:

  • cup butter melted
  • 1.5 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Garnish:

  • lemon wedges
  • fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.

Cook Potatoes:

  • Toss potatoes with half the melted butter and seasoning. Spread on sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Add Sausage & Corn:

  • Add sausage and corn to the pan. Drizzle with remaining butter and toss lightly. Bake for 10 more minutes.

Add Shrimp:

  • Add shrimp on top, sprinkle remaining seasoning, and bake for 5–7 minutes until shrimp is pink and cooked through.

Serve:

  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything, sprinkle parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Do not overcook shrimp—add them at the end.
  • Adjust spice level by adding cayenne pepper.
  • Great for summer parties and family dinners.
