Ingredients

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mint chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring optional

For the Topping:

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Crust: Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and green food coloring if desired.
  • Add Chocolate Layer: Melt mint chocolate chips and gently swirl into the green cream mixture. Pour over the crust.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  • Serve: Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or sprinkles before serving.
