Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup ground flaxseeds
  • ½ cup ground pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup ground sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup ground sesame seeds
  • ½ cup almond or peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup protein powder optional
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or dried fruit optional

Instructions
 

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, combine ground seeds, cinnamon, salt, and protein powder (if using).

Add Wet Ingredients:

  • Stir in nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Fold and Shape:

  • Mix in chocolate chips or fruit if using. Press into a parchment-lined loaf pan.

Chill and Slice:

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Slice into 10 bars. Store chilled.
