1 tablespoon olive oil 1 small onion thinly sliced 1 bell pepper thinly sliced 2 cloves garlic minced 1 lb ground beef or shaved steak Salt and pepper to taste 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini 1 cup beef broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded provolone cheese ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning Chopped parsley for garnish
