Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb ground beef or shaved steak
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 20 oz package cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and sauté until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in beef and cook until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  • Add tortellini, beef broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  • Cover and cook for 6–8 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in shredded provolone and Italian seasoning until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
