Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt plus extra for sprinkling
  • Optional: cocoa powder or finely chopped nuts for coating

Instructions
 

  • Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.
  • Chill Mixture: Pour mixture into a lightly greased pan or bowl. Refrigerate 2–3 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
  • Form Truffles: Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in cocoa powder, nuts, or sprinkle lightly with salt.
  • Serve: Place truffles in mini cupcake liners or on a tray. Keep chilled until serving.
