SALMON FOIL PACKETS WITH PINEAPPLE AND LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE

Salmon foil packets with pineapple and lemon garlic butter sauce are a fresh, juicy, and flavorful dinner. Easy to make, these foil packets lock in moisture for perfectly tender salmon every time.
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Tear 4 sheets of foil, each about 12x16 inches.
Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and honey.
Assemble Packets: Place each salmon fillet in the center of a foil sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Top with pineapple chunks and spoon sauce over salmon. Add lemon slices if desired.
Seal Packets: Fold foil over salmon and seal tightly into packets.
Bake: Place packets on a baking sheet and bake 18–20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve: Carefully open packets, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
