Ingredients
  

Sweet Potato Filling:

  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes about 3 large sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Pecan Topping:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • cup butter melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Step 2: Prepare Filling – In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Step 3: Transfer to Dish – Pour sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Step 4: Make Topping – In another bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and pecans until crumbly.
  • Step 5: Assemble and Bake – Sprinkle topping over sweet potato mixture and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
