This fun and festive Rudolph Cheese Ball is shaped like a reindeer, made with a creamy cheese mixture, and decorated with pretzel antlers, a cherry nose, and olive eyes. Perfect for holiday parties or family gatherings!
1small piece of red bell pepperoptional, for mouth
Instructions
Make the Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Shape the Cheese Ball:
Transfer the cheese mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape it into a ball and wrap tightly. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Decorate:
After chilling, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and place it on a serving plate. Attach the pretzels to the top for antlers. Use a maraschino cherry for the nose and black olives for the eyes. Optionally, cut a small piece of red bell pepper to create a smiling mouth.
Serve:
Serve with crackers, veggies, or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
