Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Season Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and paprika. Ensure the potatoes are well coated.
Roast:
