ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH BURRATA

Roasted Asparagus with Burrata is an elegant, simple dish with tender asparagus, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of olive oil. Perfect as a side or appetizer for any meal.

Ingredients
  

For the Roasted Asparagus:

  • 1 lb asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ball burrata cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze optional, for drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

Roast Asparagus:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.

Assemble Dish:

  • Transfer roasted asparagus to a serving plate. Tear burrata over the top.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and balsamic glaze, if using. Garnish with chopped basil and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Asparagus can be trimmed in advance. Roast just before serving.
  • Serving: Ideal as an appetizer or side dish.
  • Variations: Add toasted pine nuts for extra crunch.
