For the Roasted Asparagus: 1 lb asparagus trimmed 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 ball burrata cheese 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze optional, for drizzle 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil for garnish

Roast Asparagus: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
Assemble Dish: Transfer roasted asparagus to a serving plate. Tear burrata over the top.
Drizzle with lemon juice and balsamic glaze, if using. Garnish with chopped basil and serve immediately.
