Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers about 30 crackers, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Prepare Coatings:

  • In one shallow bowl, beat egg and milk together. In another bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Chicken:

  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then press into the cracker crumbs to coat evenly. Place in the prepared baking dish.

Add Butter:

  • Pour melted butter evenly over the chicken breasts.

Bake:

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the coating is golden and crispy.

Notes

Make Ahead: Crush crackers and prep coating ahead of time. Chicken can be breaded and refrigerated up to 4 hours before baking.
