20 jumbo pasta shells 1 15 oz container ricotta cheese 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 2 cups marinara sauce 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper

Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix filling: In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in a baking dish with a layer of marinara sauce.
Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella on top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
