  • 1 cup corned beef chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Bread

  • Slice French bread lengthwise and hollow out slightly to create space for filling.

Prepare Filling

  • In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.

Fill Bread

  • Spread filling evenly into hollowed bread.

Add Topping

  • Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder.

Bake Bread

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.

Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley, slice, and serve warm.
