Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • Crackers pretzels, or cookies for serving

Instructions
 

Mix the Base:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Add Chocolate:

  • Fold in mini chocolate chips. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Coat and Serve:

  • Roll the chilled cheese ball in chopped Reese’s cups until evenly coated. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or cookies.

  • Make Ahead: Prepare and refrigerate up to 2 days in advance.
  • Variation: Swap Reese’s cups for crushed Oreos or M&M’s for a different twist.
