Ingredients
  

For the Cookies:

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup potato chips slightly crushed

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Cream Butter and Sugars:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Gradually add flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed potato chips.

Bake and Cool:

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire racks.
