Ingredients
  

For the Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts canned or jarred, drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large pot over medium heat, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Stir until smooth.
  • Add spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.

Cook Dip:

  • Cook on medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.

Serve:

  • Serve warm directly from the pot with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
