Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese mix
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini peppers sliced
  • ½ cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare Vegetables:

  • Chop lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and pepperoncini peppers into bite-sized pieces.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bacon, cheese, and pepperoncini.

Add Dressing:

  • Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss well to coat evenly.

Season & Serve:

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
