Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream homemade or store-bought
  • Optional: maraschino cherries or pineapple slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish to form the crust.
  • Mix Cream Layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Spread over crust.
  • Add Pineapple: Evenly layer crushed pineapple over the cream layer.
  • Top Layer: Spread remaining whipped cream on top. Garnish with cherries or pineapple slices if desired.
  • Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to set.
