These Pie Crust Cinnamon Rolls are quick, buttery, and delightfully flaky. Using store-bought pie crust, they’re an easy sweet treat topped with cinnamon sugar or glaze—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.

Ingredients
  

For the Rolls:

  • 2 sheets store-bought pie crust thawed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For the Glaze (Optional):

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Spread softened butter over each pie crust sheet, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
  • Roll the Dough: Roll each sheet tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Glaze (Optional): Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
