Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles finely chopped
  • ¾ cup dried beef or sliced ham finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice optional, for extra tang
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Mix the Base:

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

Add Flavors:

  • Stir in chopped pickles, dried beef or ham, pickle juice (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to combine.

Season and Serve:

  • Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Chill for 30 minutes for best flavor. Serve with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies.

Notes

Make Ahead:
Can be made up to 2 days in advance. Stir before serving.
