These bite-sized Pecan Pie Balls are a delicious no-bake treat with all the flavors of classic pecan pie! A sweet, nutty filling is coated in smooth chocolate, making them the perfect holiday dessert or party snack.

Instructions
STEP NO.1: PREPARE THE FILLING
In a large bowl, mix chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter, syrup, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
STEP NO.2: SHAPE THE BALLS
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
STEP NO.3: CHILL THE BALLS
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
STEP NO.4: MELT THE CHOCOLATE
Melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
STEP NO.5: DIP IN CHOCOLATE
