Ingredients

  • 2 cups light brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups powdered sugar sifted

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk.
  • Boil for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  • Mix in powdered sugar until fully combined and smooth.
  • Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
  • Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Slice into squares.
