Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Make Brownie Batter:

  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract; beat well. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.

Layer with Peanut Butter:

  • Pour half the brownie batter into the pan. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top. Use a knife to gently swirl the peanut butter into the batter.

Bake:

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve:

  • Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
