This Patriotic Poke Cake is a festive red, white, and blue dessert made with fluffy cake, fruity gelatin, and creamy whipped topping. It’s an easy, colorful 4th of July treat that’s perfect for parties and summer celebrations.
Prepare cake batter according to box instructions and bake in a 9x13-inch pan. Let cool slightly.
Poke Holes:
Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes evenly across the warm cake.
Prepare Gelatin:
Dissolve strawberry and blue raspberry gelatin in separate bowls with boiling water.
Fill Cake:
Carefully pour gelatin into the holes, alternating colors for a patriotic effect.
Chill:
Refrigerate cake for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Add Topping:
Spread whipped topping evenly over the chilled cake.
Decorate & Serve:
