Ingredients
  

Cookie Crust:

  • 1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough

Cream Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Fruit Topping:

  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • 1 cup banana slices (optional)

Glaze (Optional):

  • 2 tablespoon apricot jam melted with water

Instructions
 

Bake Crust:

  • Press sugar cookie dough into a pizza pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.

Make Cream Layer:

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Spread Frosting:

  • Spread cream mixture evenly over cooled cookie crust.

Add Fruit:

  • Arrange strawberries and blueberries in a patriotic red, white, and blue pattern.

Add Glaze (Optional):

  • Brush lightly with melted apricot jam for a glossy finish.

Serve:

  • Chill for 30 minutes, slice into wedges, and serve cold.
