These Oreo Truffles are irresistibly creamy, chocolatey, and easy to make with just three ingredients. A no-bake dessert that's perfect for parties, holidays, or gifting!

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo cookies 1 standard 14.3 oz package
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate melted
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping optional

Instructions
 

Crush the Oreos:

  • Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.

Mix with Cream Cheese:

  • Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and pulse again until well combined into a sticky dough.

Form Truffles:

  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Dip in Chocolate:

  • Melt chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated. Place back on the tray and top with sprinkles or crushed Oreos if desired.

Chill Again:

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 more minutes until firm.

Notes

Storage:
Keep truffles in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
Variations:
