Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies regular, not Double Stuf
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz semisweet or white chocolate melted

Optional toppings:

  • Crushed Oreos
  • Sprinkles
  • Drizzled melted chocolate

Instructions

Crush the Oreos:

  • Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and blend into fine crumbs.

Make the Dough:

  • Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and pulse or mix until fully combined and a sticky dough forms.

Shape the Balls:

  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate or freeze the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Dip in Chocolate:

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

Decorate (Optional):

  • Top with crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or drizzle with contrasting chocolate before the coating sets.

Chill Again:

  • Refrigerate until chocolate is firm, about 10–15 minutes.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: These can be made ahead and kept refrigerated for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 2 months.

  • Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled on dessert platters, gift in candy boxes, or add to holiday cookie trays.
  • Storage Tips: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
