This one-pot chicken Parmesan mac & cheese combines tender chicken, cheesy pasta, and marinara for a comforting meal. With crispy breadcrumbs on top, it’s an easy weeknight dinner that’s hearty, flavorful, and family-friendly.
Cook Chicken: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Add Pasta Base: In the same pot, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, marinara sauce, and pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente.
Make it Cheesy: Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream until melted and creamy. Add the cooked chicken back into the pot.
Top with Breadcrumbs: Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over pasta. If desired, broil for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
