Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil or butter. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Cook Noodles: Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8–10 minutes.
  • Make Creamy Sauce: Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan until noodles are creamy. Return chicken to the pan.
