Ingredients
  

For the Cheesy Hot Dog Mac:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 pieces hot dogs, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ cup corn
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

Cook Pasta

  • Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Cook Hot Dogs

  • In a large pot or skillet, melt butter and lightly sauté sliced hot dogs for 2–3 minutes.

Make Sauce

  • Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until melted and creamy.

Combine

  • Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and stir until fully coated. Mix in peas or corn if using.

Serve

  • Serve warm and creamy, topped with parsley if desired.
