Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar optional
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Warm crusty bread for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dip: In a small skillet, heat olive oil over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Do not brown.
  • Add Seasonings: Stir in oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Add Finishing Touches: Pour into a small bowl. Stir in balsamic vinegar (if using) and Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm with slices of freshly baked or toasted bread.
