1 lb ground beef 1 small onion diced 2 cloves garlic minced 1 15 oz can tomato sauce 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes 2 cups elbow macaroni 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional

Cook Pasta: Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.
Add Cheese (Optional): Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and allow to melt before serving.
