  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

Heat-Treat the Flour:

Make the Dough:

  • Beat the softened butter with brown and granulated sugar until creamy. Add milk and vanilla, mix well.

Add Flour and Sprinkles:

  • Gradually add the cooled flour and mix until combined. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.

Shape the Bites:

  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep bites refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
  • Customization: Swap sprinkles for mini chocolate chips or nuts for variety.
  • Serving Tip: Perfect as a fun party snack or gift idea during celebrations.
