Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold eggnog
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip, thawed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

For Garnish (Optional):

  • Additional whipped topping
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon
  • White chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

Make the Crust:

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold eggnog for 2 minutes until thickened.

Fold and Flavour:

  • Gently fold in the whipped topping, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Pie:

  • Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Top with extra whipped topping and a sprinkle of nutmeg or white chocolate shavings before serving.
