Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup oat flour or blended oats
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Blend Base:

  • In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, nut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients:

  • Transfer mixture to a bowl. Stir in oat flour and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.

Fold in Chips:

  • Mix in mini chocolate chips.

Shape & Chill:

  • Roll into bite-sized balls. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving.
