Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and shredded coconut.
  • Stir in sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  • Chill mixture for 20–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and coat with extra coconut.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
