  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups M&M's candies
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

Prepare Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Add Eggs & Vanilla

  • Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.

Add Mix-Ins

  • Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and M&M's until evenly combined.

Shape Cookies

  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.

Bake & Cool

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
