Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup mini M&Ms or candy-coated chocolates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds for extra nutrition

Instructions
 

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until fully combined.

Add Mix-Ins:

  • Fold in chocolate chips, M&Ms, and flaxseed if using.

Roll and Chill:

  • Roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a small scoop. Place on a tray and chill for 20 minutes to firm up.
