Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust (9-inch)
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. Press it gently into the dish and trim any excess crust from the edges.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and eggs until smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika, if desired, and serve hot.
