Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 oz
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix 1 oz
  • ½ cup unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 4 –5 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Add Seasonings: Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning packets evenly over the chicken.
  • Add Butter and Peppers: Place butter on top of the chicken. Scatter pepperoncini peppers over the dish.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  • Serve: Shred the chicken with two forks or leave whole. Spoon some juices over the top. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or bread.
